Nayza is a Paralegal at Mazow | McCullough, PC. Born and raised in Dorchester, MA, Nayza has a background in legal support, patient care, and customer service. Her journey in the legal field began at a young age when she assisted her mother with legal interpretation, giving her early exposure to the legal profession. As a bilingual Spanish speaker, she understands the importance of effective communication and ensuring clients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout the legal process.

Nayza began her career in customer service, working as a receptionist in chiropractic and physical therapy offices before transitioning to a personal injury paralegal role at an immigration law firm. She later joined the auto insurance industry as a property damage adjuster to broaden her knowledge of the claims process and personal injury cases. Her diverse experience in legal support, patient care, and insurance gives her a well-rounded perspective and strengthens her commitment to supporting clients throughout their legal journey.

In her personal time, Nayza enjoys creating floral arrangements and cooking.
