Healthier at Home with Remote Consultations
As COVID-19 continues to wreak havoc across the nation, our office stands firm in our new policies to keep the community healthier at home. We are now offering remote consultations via Zoom, so you can obtain the legal information and advocacy you need without putting yourself or your family at additional risk.
We’re also ensuring the safety of our staff by social distancing in the office and working remotely when possible. Common areas are disinfected after use and personnel adhere to a strict mask code. You can help us by wearing a mask when outside your home, washing your hands with soap and water frequently, and disinfecting surfaces you touch frequently.
Bike Helmets for Salem Public Schools
Mazow | McCullough, PC partnered with Salem Public Schools and Massachusetts’ Safe Routes to School to provide bicycle safety education and equipment to 2nd grade students. This endeavor helps bring awareness of bicycle accidents, how they occur, and what steps you and your family can take to avoid them.
Attorneys Mazow and McCullough enjoyed helping children select a helmet donated by the firm and showed them how to properly fit, secure, and wear helmets according to Massachusetts law.
National Night Out
National Night Out is a nationwide celebration designed to help promote positive relationships between people within the community and the law enforcement officers who serve them. Each year National Night Out is held on August 1st and marks the start of Salem’s Heritage Days.
Attorneys Mazow and McCullough have enjoyed meeting with members of the community and supporting the great work that the Salem, MA police do to help protect the city. Our goal with this initiative is to help reinforce the safety laws that are in place to reduce the number of injurious and fatal accidents on Massachusetts’ roadways.
Salem Youth Basketball
The Salem Park, Recreation, and Community Services Department helps to provide engaging and enriching experiences to adults and children of all ages within the community. It’s a great way for members of the community to connect and for youth to enjoy safe and drug-free activities.
The summer basketball league is one of their most popular youth activities and one that Mazow | McCullough, PC is proud to have been involved with. The attorneys have sponsored the program and purchased team shirts for the 150 children enrolled. Every year, we cheer on the new team and watch as kids in our community learn important lessons like working together to achieve a goal.
Mayor’s Night Out
Trick or treating at the Mayor’s Night Out is a beloved annual community event attended by Salem residents every year. Here, local businesses set up booths and hand out candy and small items like promotional keychains, stress balls, cup koozies, and other tokens. Children can participate in safe trick or treating without having to go door to door in private neighborhoods.
Mazow | McCullough, PC has joined this event to help provide the community with free safety flasher lights. This is one of the most effective ways to increase visibility for pedestrians and bicyclists at night, helping to prevent devastating and deadly motor vehicle accidents.
15th Anniversary Community Celebration
In 2018, Robert Mazow and Kevin McCullough celebrated their 15th anniversary of practicing law together, 17 years after meeting one another on opposite ends of the courtroom. At the time, no one foresaw just how much the duo would be able to do together for the injured and their families.
The attorneys held the first private event ever in Salem’s acclaimed Derby Square and treated guests to a fully catered and bartended evening to celebrate their success as one of Massachusetts’ and New Hampshire’s top personal injury law firms. The night included live entertainment and access to Old Town Hall.
