Ilizabeth Ramos

Ilizabeth is a dedicated legal assistant at Mazow | McCullough PC, bringing a compassionate, detail-oriented, and people-focused approach to her role. Originally from Worcester, Massachusetts, Ilizabeth spent six years in Charlotte, North Carolina, before returning to Massachusetts and settling in Beverly.

With a background in early childhood education, Ilizabeth developed strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine commitment to helping others. Her experience working with children and families has strengthened her ability to approach each situation with patience, empathy, and understanding—qualities she brings to her work supporting the legal team and assisting with the needs of clients.

At Mazow | McCullough, Ilizabeth works closely with attorneys and paralegals to help ensure cases are handled efficiently and thoughtfully. She is committed to providing dependable support to the team while helping clients feel heard, respected, and cared for throughout the legal process.

Outside of work, Ilizabeth enjoys spending time with family, watching movies, and journaling.
