Who’s at Fault in a Dog Bite Attack?

There are two potential parties that are involved in a dog bite case.  The first is the owner of the dog.  The second is the person that is in control of the dog at the time of the dog bite attack.  The person that is in control could be somebody that is walking the dog for monetary or non monetary purposes.  Both those parties, the owner and the person that is in control of the dog are potentially responsible for that dog bite.
