Kathryne D. Masson
Attorney Kathryne (Kate) Masson is an Associate at Mazow | McCullough PC, bringing with her experience in personal injury, worker’s compensation, and disability insurance subrogation.
Prior to starting at Mazow | McCullough, Kate represented group disability insurers and third-party administrators, protecting their financial interests in third-party liability and workers’ compensation cases through subrogation, coordination of benefits, and enforcement of reimbursement rights. Kate gained her initial experience in personal injury law as a paralegal.
Throughout law school, Kate participated in a diverse opportunity of internships in areas that included intellectual property, media representation, medical malpractice, and criminal defense. Additionally, she represented indigent clients at the Legal Services Office at New England Law | Boston under Rule 3:03 of the Supreme Judicial Court.
Kate grew up in New Hampshire. She completed her undergraduate degree in Washington, D.C. before moving to Boston to attend law school. In her free time, Kate enjoys outdoor activities including hiking and snowboarding.
