Courtney Carleo
Courtney Carleo is a paralegal and team leader for Mazow | McCullough PC. Courtney grew up in Malden, MA, and currently lives in Hamilton, MA with her husband. Recently, Courtney joined the Board of Directors of The Family Restored, a non-profit very dear to her heart. Courtney is the CEO of 412 Inc, a non-profit she helped co-found in October 2021. She has found volunteering to be a passion of hers through various organizations and enjoys meeting other compassionate people along the way.
Prior to working at Mazow | McCullough, Courtney was a human resources manager for a labor and construction company with ten branches throughout New England. Courtney began her education for workplace safety by obtaining her OSHA certification. Her unique position as the company’s Safety Officer Is where she found a passion for helping people that have suffered from personal injury losses.
At Mazow | McCullough, Courtney enjoys assisting lawyers and clients get the justice and compensation that they deserve. She considers her clients to be like family and enjoys the relationships that continue long after their cases are settled.
In her free time, Courtney loves spending time in Portland, ME. When she is not in Maine, she enjoys reading mystery books and being the sous chef to her husband in the kitchen at home.
