Facts:

A drone crashed into two (2) clients while they were dancing at a wedding reception. After Mazow & McCullough filed the lawsuit we were able to determine who the owner and operator of the drone was at the time of the incident. Mazow & McCullough was also able to secure insurance coverage for the clients after locating a homeowner’s insurance policy. One client suffered a laceration to her forehead and the case settled at mediation for $118,000. The second client suffered a fractured nose and the case settled at mediation for $45,000.
