Trip and Fall Injury

Client was in her early 50’s and was walking on a brick walkway. As she was walking, she tripped and fell on a defective section of a brick walkway in front of a restaurant. As a result of the injuries she sustained in that fall, plaintiff underwent surgery to repair a shattered ankle. She suffered permanent and debilitating injuries. The case was successfully mediated and the client was awarded a significant confidential settlement.
